how to activate kaizen
for brand new devices
1. on the first ('Welcome') screen of Android setup, tap the background 6 times to bring up the work-device provisioning screen. the screen may look slightly different depending on the android version and device manufacturer.

2. scan your personal kaiZen license QR code or the free trial QR code. note that each QR code has 2 versions, one for wi-fi and one for mobile data. choose the one that fits your situation.

3. if prompted, connect to a wi-fi network
4. go through the rest of the setup process, reading and understanding the educational screens
5. after finishing the setup, use Zen Garden to install new apps

whitelisted apps and
redirects you to their
Play Store page
- any app not present in Zen
Garden will not be
available for installation
from any other source
