REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy of KaiZen

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

- Activated Licenses: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of activation.

- Unactivated Licenses: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, provided the license has not yet been activated.

After these periods, licenses are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Create an account (if you don’t already have one) using the same email address used for your purchase.

2. Log in and navigate to the Profile page on our website.

3. Select the license you wish to refund.

4. If eligible, a Refund button will appear on the license details page.

5. Click the button and complete the on-screen refund process.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Exceptions

Refunds cannot be issued if:

- The request is submitted after the 3-day (activated) or 14-day (unactivated) period.

- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests are detected.
